Tabouleh with Rice

While traditionally made with bulgar, tabouleh made with rice is a wonderful gluten free addition to your table!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain Rice (cooked)

  • 1 cup Parsley (chopped)

  • ¾ cup Tomato (chopped into very small pieces)

  • ¼ cup Mint Leaves (minced)

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in serving bowl and toss well.
