This coffee inspired twist on rice pudding is sure to become a favourite dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain White Rice (cooked)

  • 2 cup Milk

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Granules

  • 1 Sweetened Whipped Cream

  • Ground Cinnamon

  • Chocolate Shavings (optional)

Method

  • In a sizable saucepan, unite rice, milk, and sweetened condensed milk, and heat over medium-high temperature until just boiling.

  • Lower the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens.

  • Eliminate from heat, mix in instant coffee granules to dissolve them. Let it cool a bit.

  • Scoop the same quantity of warm pudding into eight petite coffee cups.

  • Crown with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon, and garnish with chocolate shavings to enhance the presentation.
