Friends coming over this afternoon? Time to break out our new Sunwhite Sea Salt Chips! We love to pair these chips with a variety of dips such as our pesto, sour cream, beetroot dip and even roasted capsicum dip, with it’s rich, smokey flavours.
To make a fresh red capsicum dip in no time at all, preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius, cut de-seed and cup capsicum into strips and place onto lined backing tray. Roast in over for approximately 30 minutes, or until browned and tender. Once roasted, allow capcisums to cool. Place the cooled roasted capsicums, chilli, chopped garlic, cream cheese and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper to your liking. Blitz to combine, then serve alongside the Sunwhite Sea Salt Brown Rice hips. Delicious!
