Rice Pudding
Method
Bring a slow cooker and coat its sides well with butter over medium heat.
Stir in the rice, milk, sugar, vanilla and cream. Season with a pinch of salt and stir well to combine. Lower the heat, cover the pot and cook for 3 hours.
Beat the egg yolks with a tablespoon of milk and pour into the pot. Stir well to combine, cover the pot again and cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, uncover and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Pour into single-serving dishes and refrigerate. Serve cold.
